The 79 ACP countries have started laborious negotiations with the European Union to renew the Cotonou Agreement. An agreement that wants to be broader, adapted to regional specificities and especially more balanced.
Everything will have to be completed by 2020 and maybe this year. It all depends on the progress of the discussions.
