Like all other embassies, the Togo embassy is composed of diplomatic staff and administrative support staff (PAF).

In terms of diplomatic activities, the Ambassador is assisted by three Diplomats. There is also a Customs Attaché at the Embassy, ​​which is in charge of cooperation with the World Customs Organization, and a Public Accountant called Payeur, who deals with the financial and accounting management of the Embassy.

Of course, the Embassy has a consular section that deals not only with issues relating to migration, but also with the issuance of all documents and documents often requested by compatriots living in the jurisdiction and visas. .

To these, is added the administrative support staff, (Secretaries, Drivers, Receptionist, Maintenance Agent), whose work is essential to the proper functioning of the Mission.

The Embassy of Togo in Pretoria, South Africa is open from Monday to Friday, from 9h to 13h and from 15h to 18h .
