Important NoteThe Embassy of Togo only issues travel documents, free of charge, to all those who are residents of South Africa or in any country under its jurisdiction, such as Zimbabwe, Zambia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, Madagascar, Botswana, Mauritius and Seychelles.

Upon submission, the Embassy will deliver a letter (Travel document) to the applicant and upon arrival at the airport in Togo, the applicant will present the letter and obtain the visa.
The visa fee is to be paid at the airport in Togo (due to the difference in currency a budget of 45$ is recommended.
All the formalities regarding Transit or Stopovers will be processed at the airport in Togo

Requirements The application form must be fully completed, signed, and submitted at the Embassy, together with the documents required, either in person or through an authorized party.
Passport (original + copy ) valid for at least 3 months and must have at least two blank pages
2 color identity photo, format 3.5×4.5cm, with face, bareheaded on a clear and solid background.
Proof of necessary financial availability to cover the stay fees.
For tourism purposes: Original note of the host in case of accomodation of the individual.Proof of hotel reservationProof of documents certifying the trip participation of the organized group.
For business purposes: Invitation of the partner company.All documents certifying the exercise of the company’s activities.
